An electronic ticket cannot be collected at the box office.
  • "Ticket" – a document issued on paper, confirming the buyer’s access to the specified event. It contains information about the event name, date, time, venue, the buyer’s assigned seat (sector number, etc.), price, as well as additional legal and technical information. The ticket can be collected at the designated counter mentioned on the website.
  • "Booking" – an order created and reserved for payment by the buyer.
  • "Event" – a cultural and entertainment event, such as a theatrical performance, circus show, concert, exhibition, film screening, festival, fashion show, sports event, tour, or any other event.
