Ticket purchase rules

General Provisions


1.1. The web services of the website https://energyfest.es are offered by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as Energy Fest) exclusively to individuals who agree to the terms set forth in these rules. Energyfest.es reserves the right to modify the "Rules for Ticket Purchase and Payment" at any time without prior notice. The content and software on this website are the property of NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L.

1.2. This Regulation is an official document of NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. and defines the procedure and conditions for providing the Service, which is available to the User if they have the necessary equipment to access the Internet, as well as an active Internet connection. Any matters related to Internet access, the purchase, and setup of the necessary equipment and/or software for this purpose are not regulated by this Regulation and must be arranged independently by the User at their own expense, unrelated to this Regulation.

1.3. By checking the box "I agree to the rules for ticket purchase and payment," you express your acceptance of the terms of our website. Any conditions that the user wishes to impose on the terms and conditions of this website are automatically excluded and will not be recognized by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L..

1.4. The relationships related to the provision of entertainment services, information about which is posted within the Service:

(1) arise directly between the Buyer and the Organizer providing these entertainment services;

(2) are confirmed by an Electronic Ticket.

Terms and Conditions of Service Provision


2.1. Ordering an Electronic Ticket

The information about an Event provided within the Service (schedule, seating charts, seat availability, conditions for providing entertainment services, ticket prices, etc.) is made available in real-time by the Organizer or its authorized representative "as is" and may be changed or updated at any time.

To order an Electronic Ticket, the Buyer must:

  • Be registered on the website www.energyfest.es 
  • Select the Event and, if applicable, the date, time, location, number of Electronic Tickets, etc.
  • Provide their email address, phone number, and all required details in the ticket purchase form.
  • Choose a cashless payment method using a bank card.


2.2. Payment for the Electronic Ticket

2.2.1. After completing all the actions specified in this Regulation, a secure payment page will load, where the Buyer must:

Enter the required payment details, guaranteeing with full accuracy that they have the necessary rights and authority to make the payment using the chosen payment method. The Buyer bears full and sole responsibility for any violation of these assurances and guarantees.

2.2.1.1. During the ticket purchase process, NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. charges an additional Service Fee of 3%-10% to cover internal administrative costs of the Service. This fee will be displayed before selecting the payment method. The Client understands and agrees that in the event of a ticket refund, the Service Fee (3%-10%) charged by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. is non-refundable.

To confirm the purchase, the Buyer must:

Click the "Pay" button (or any other button indicating agreement to make the payment) and receive payment authorization confirmation from the issuing bank ("bank issuer").

Payment authorization is conducted by the issuing bank through which the payment is made. The issuing bank may refuse to authorize payment if there are legal grounds under the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the rules of the issuing bank, or relevant electronic or international payment systems. This includes cases where the issuing bank suspects fraudulent activity.

Any payment-related issues must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the issuing bank at the Buyer's expense, independently of this Regulation.

2.2.2. The online purchase process is time-limited, as indicated within the Service when selecting an Electronic Ticket. If the ticket selection and payment are not completed within 15 minutes, the order will be automatically canceled.


2.3. Issuance of the Electronic Ticket

2.3.1. Upon successful payment, the Buyer will be redirected from the payment page back to the Energy Fest website ( www.energyfest.es), where the payment process was initiated.

2.3.2. The Electronic Ticket will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the dispatch of the Electronic Ticket to the specified email address constitutes proper fulfillment of NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. s obligations regarding the online sale of the Electronic Ticket.

2.3.3. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the information entered within the Service and must take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized third-party access to their email inbox.

2.3.4. Once the Electronic Ticket is purchased and sent to the Buyer’s email address, they must either print it and bring it to the event or download the file containing the QR code to their mobile device. At the entrance, the ticket will be scanned, and the Buyer will be invited to take their seat in the venue.


2.4. Refund of the Electronic Ticket

2.4.1. The refund of an electronic ticket purchased by the Buyer is possible in accordance with these Rules and the policies established by the event Organizer.

2.4.2. The purchase and refund of tickets through the website www.energyfest.es incur costs that NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. bears during the execution of banking transactions.

2.4.3. The Buyer understands and agrees that, in the case of a ticket refund request, a fee of 10% of the ticket price will be withheld. This 10% fee represents expenses incurred by www.energyfest.es for processing refunds and is not included in the original ticket price.

2.4.4. Since the ticket sales service has been properly provided to the Buyer, www.energyfest.es has the right to withhold part of the ticket cost in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

2.4.5. A refund request for an electronic ticket, except in cases of event cancellation, replacement, or postponement, is only possible if the following conditions are all met:

The event Organizer allows ticket refunds.

The refund request is made no later than 3 days before the event date (the event day is not included).

A refund is not possible if there are 3 days or fewer left before the event (excluding the event day) or if the event has been declared Sold Out.

2.4.6. The Buyer may request a ticket refund in writing, depending on the payment method used, with the 10% service fee deduction mentioned in Section 2.4.3. If the ticket was purchased online, the refund request must be submitted electronically via [email protected]

2.4.7. The refund will be processed based on the original payment method, in accordance with Section 2.4.4.

2.4.7.1. Refunds for payments made by card will be issued to the same bank card used for the purchase.

2.4.8. In the case of an event cancellation, the Buyer will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price. However, the 3%-10% service fee retained at the time of payment (as stated in Section 2.2.1.1) is non-refundable.


3. Special Conditions

3.1. The Buyer agrees to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of the Service, to keep this information up to date, and bears all risks associated with providing insufficient and/or inaccurate information.

3.2. The Buyer acknowledges and unconditionally agrees that they may be denied issuance of an Electronic Ticket in the following cases:

If payment authorization is not confirmed by the issuing bank.

If the Buyer initiates a ticket refund process, provided that such initiation is allowed under these Regulations and the Organizer’s rules.

In cases specified by the laws of the Republic of Armenia and the rules set by the Organizer or its authorized representative.

3.3. The Buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing all event-related information provided within the Service, including but not limited to the rules established by the Organizer. The Organizer may impose restrictions on event attendance in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and their own policies.

If the Buyer has any questions regarding the event or the Service, they should contact Customer Support at [email protected].

Failure to do so implies that the Buyer has reviewed and accepted all necessary information about the event and the Service.

3.4. The Buyer is fully responsible for any violation of these Regulations and any consequences arising from such violations.

3.5. NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. and its Partners are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by the Buyer during the provision of the Service. Disclosure of such information is not considered a violation in the following cases:

When necessary for the proper provision of the Service.

When shared with third parties acting under contracts with NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. to fulfill obligations to the Buyer.

When required by authorities and entities authorized to request and obtain such information under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

In other cases, with the Buyer's consent.

3.6. The Buyer agrees that: NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. and/or its Partners reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service at any time without explanation and without prior notice to the Buyer. Service suspension or termination may occur, including but not limited to, due to violations of these Regulations by the Buyer and/or technical issues such as failures of the www.energyfest.es website, Partner websites, banking system malfunctions, etc.

The Service may contain links to other online resources, and neither NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. nor its Partners bear any responsibility for the availability of these resources, their content, or any consequences resulting from their use.

The information provided by the Buyer within the Service may be shared with NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L.’s authorized representatives to fulfill their obligations regarding event access and entertainment services.


4. Limitation of Liability of NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L.

4.1.NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. assumes no responsibility for:

Any actions of the Organizer or its authorized representatives, including but not limited to the failure or improper performance of the Organizer or its representatives in conducting the Event or providing any related services.

Actions of Partners, including but not limited to, cases where the Service is unavailable on Partner websites or other resources.

Actions of banks responsible for processing payments and refunds under these Regulations.

Delays, failures, inability, or untimeliness in data delivery, deletion, or failure to save any data, as well as the failure of the Service to meet the Buyer’s needs or expectations.

Any damage or losses incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to, as a result of any changes made by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. or its Partners to their websites, resources, the process of providing the Service, as well as due to termination or suspension of the Service, deletion, failure, or loss of any stored or transmitted data, inaccuracies, or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

Force majeure (acts of God). Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, military conflicts, national crises, industry-wide or regional strikes, actions or decisions of government authorities that objectively prevent the fulfillment of obligations under these Regulations, as well as failures in telecommunications and/or energy networks, malicious software attacks, or unlawful actions by third parties aimed at unauthorized access to or disruption of the software and/or hardware infrastructure of NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. or its Partners.

Any violations by the Buyer of event attendance rules and/or entry regulations established by the respective Event Organizers.


5. Amendments to These Regulations

5.1. NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. reserves the right to make any changes and additions to these Regulations. All modifications and amendments to these Regulations will be published on the Energy Fest website at https://energyfest.es/en/page/rules.

5.2. Changes and additions to these Regulations take effect from the moment they are published in accordance with Section 5.1, unless otherwise specified by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L.. By continuing to use the Service after these changes and additions take effect, the Buyer reaffirms their acceptance of the Regulations in the updated version.


6. Final Provisions

6.1. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Regulations shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

6.2. The Buyer agrees that in the event of any disputes arising from or related to these Regulations, the applicable law shall be the law of the Republic of Armenia.

6.3. If the conditions for purchasing an Electronic Ticket for a particular event organized by the Organizer are governed by a separate document (Terms of Electronic Ticket Purchase), these Regulations shall apply only to the extent that they do not conflict with the respective Terms of Electronic Ticket Purchase.
